👋 Hello. I’m Vuong.

I’m the Founder of Meteor Dreams, a Boston-based consulting company. I help companies untangle messy systems and build technology that lasts, sometimes as a fractional CTO and sometimes simply as someone who has been there before.

My days are split between stablecoins, AI/ML, and whatever technical puzzle a client brings to the table. I’ve worked with startups shipping their first product and Fortune 100s working through scale and complexity. Both have their lessons.

Why this blog?

I’m a compulsive tinkerer. When something breaks, or when it works too well, I need to understand why. This is the place where I take those obsessions apart, whether it is an elegant piece of code, a financial system that should not work but does, or the way my kids approach problem solving.

Here you will find technical deep dives, thoughts on where AI and digital money are headed, and occasional detours into Vietnamese diaspora culture and songwriting. It is all connected somehow.
